Cash, usually in the form of a check, is a convenient way for you to support worthy causes in the community. Gifts of cash enable you to claim a current tax deduction of up to 50 percent of your adjusted gross income, and contributions over that limit can be carried forward for up to five subsequent years.

Checks should be made payable to Triangle Community Foundation. Please specify the name of the fund you want to support on the memo line and deliver or send by mail to:

By Credit Card

By Wire Transfer
Large cash gifts may be transferred by wire directly to the Foundation’s bank account. Please contact .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address), .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) or .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) for our bank account and to provide us with the following information prior to making the wire transfer: your name and contact information; bank information; amount being transferred; approximate date of transfer; and the name of TCF charitable fund for deposit.

After receiving the gift, an official acknowledgment letter for tax purposes will be mailed to you.
