Fundholders -> Estate Planning
Through thoughtful estate and financial planning, you and your professional advisor have a unique opportunity to achieve your financial, personal or business goals while benefiting charities important to you. Triangle Community Foundation works with donors who have created a wide range of planned giving vehicles, including bequests, charitable remainder and lead trusts, and shared-use real estate gifts. The charitable portion of the gift will pass to a named fund at Triangle Community Foundation, allowing you to include family members in charitable giving and to leave a permanent legacy. In addition, donors will have the flexibility to choose any type of fund at the Foundation. Click here for the various types of gifts you may choose to make to Triangle Community Foundation.

Triangle Community Foundation's Gift Planning staff is available to discuss the various planned giving options and benefits, provide sample calculations and forms, or arrange for a confidential gift planning consultation with you and your client. You may email Kristen Brown Smalley, our Associate Director of Development or call her at 919-474-8370, ext.133.
