Triangle Community Foundation’s Annual Benefit Dinner
A unique gathering of corporate, civic, religious, philanthropic, academic, and nonprofit leaders to focus on issues that matter to our region.
Held on May 5, What Matters 2010 focused on A Diverse and Engaged Community. Keynote speakers were nationally renowned journalists Steve and Cokie Roberts. WRAL news anchor David Crabtree served as the evening’s emcee. All proceeds from the event support TCF’s community programs that benefit the region.

Each year at What Matters, TCF will invest $5,000 in a local organization actively engaging in the What Matters theme.
The 2010 What Matters Innovation Award went to a cutting-edge organization using innovation to address our region’s growth and diversity. Our community members selected the winning organization through an online voting process. In total, more than 41,000 votes were cast!
The 2010 What Matters Innovation Award winner is Kramden Institute
