For Immediate Release:
Annual Benefit Concert for Triangle Community Foundation’s Send A Kid To Camp™

(Durham, NC – April 17, 2009) Triangle Community Foundation is proud to announce that Peter Kramer and Susan Gladin are holding their annual benefit concert for Triangle Community Foundation’s Send A Kid To Camp™ on their Orange County farm on Saturday night, April 18 at 8 PM.

It will be a change from the usual concert format in that we’ll have a live blues/R&B/soul music jam/dance by some of the area’s best musicians and singers. It’s a very informal occasion- people tell us they feel like they’re at an intimate music club.

To get an idea of what the event will be like, visit video clips from a 1/09 event on http://www.youtube.com. Type in the phrase downyonderfarm to check out the good times…...

Peter and Susan’s address is 811 Lipscomb Grove Church Rd. Hillsborough, NC

Thanks and we hope to see you Saturday evening!

About Send A Kid To Camp™
Since the program began in 1984, over $2 million has been raised to help more than 6,000 disadvantaged children attend summer camps. Ranging in age from 5 to 17, these children would be unable to attend camp due to disability, family finances, or their placement in foster care because of abuse or neglect. Through this program, children from Wake, Durham, Orange, and Chatham counties will enjoy a much-needed respite from difficult circumstances while improving their overall health and fitness and gaining skills that will better prepare them for success in school. Every dollar given to Send A Kid To Camp™ goes directly to help a child in the Triangle attend summer camp.
