Purpose

A $1,000 scholarship will be awarded annually to a senior varsity cross country or track athlete at East Chapel Hill High School or Chapel Hill High School who has demonstrated the qualities of academic excellence, leadership, team spirit, and dedication to running and who will be pursuing higher education after high school.

Criteria

-Graduating high school senior from East Chapel Hill High School, East Chapel Hill, NC or Chapel Hill High School, Chapel Hill, NC.
-Participation in senior varsity cross country or track
-Demonstrates academic excellence, leadership, team spirit, and dedication to running
