What are the reporting requirements for grants received from the Foundation?

Answer:

Grants from Donor-Advised Funds
There is no reporting requirement for grants made from donor-advised funds, except as requested by the fundholder. However, recipients of larger grants or of grants made to international organizations may be required to sign a grant agreement and submit reports as part of the grant.
