Conference Scholarships

Through a partnership with the NC Center for Nonprofits, we offer scholarships to the Center’s Annual Conference and Public Policy Forum.   We accept applications for scholarships and make direct grants to selected organizations covering the cost of conference registration.  In addition, the Foundation covers the cost of an annual membership to the NC Center for Nonprofits for selected organizations that have never been a Center member and have a total annual organizational budget of less than $500,000.

A limited number of grants are availble and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis to those organizations that meet the eligibility criteria. Grants will be made by August 27 in order to meet the Center’s September 17 registration deadline.  Selected nonprofits will be required to register and pay for the conference and membership individually.  Organizations are asked to commit $50 of their own funds toward the cost of conference attendance.
