Final Reports

Grants through the Community Grantmaking Program are for one year. At the end of their grant year, grantees are required to submit a Community Grantmaking Program Grantee Report and a Digital Storytelling Video.

Interim Reports

Current grantees interested in reapplying for another year of funding are required to submit a interim report detailing their project’s iterim outcomes before they are eligible to reapply for Community Grantmaking Program funding. Interim reports should also be submitted using the Community Grantmaking Program Report form.
