Triangle Community Foundation supports nonprofit organizations through funding as well as nonprofit capacity building, technical assistance and nonprofit funds. We also offer funding for individuals through scholarships, grants and awards. On average, we distribute more than 10% of our assets each year. Since 1983, Triangle Community Foundation has distributed over $173 million in grants to organizations in the Triangle region and beyond.

Funding for Nonprofits

We provide funding to nonprofits, religious organizations, and government agencies through grants from over 750 charitable funds. We also manage award programs for nonprofit organizations.

Support for Nonprofits

Triangle Community Foundation is committed to strengthening the nonprofit organizations in our community. We offer several programs that provide nonprofit capacity building and technical assistance. In addition, we help organizations create endowed and non-endowed funds at the Foundation as a way to grow their assets.

Funding for Individuals

Triangle Community Foundation administers a number of scholarship and award funds created by individuals, families and businesses to support the growth of Triangle residents.
